4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Naijakit maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. Users who repeatedly upload or share copyrighted material without authorization may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
5. Content Monitoring and Removal
While Naijakit does not actively monitor all uploaded content, we reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any material that is alleged to infringe copyright or violate our policies.
We may also take action against accounts that are associated with repeated copyright complaints.
6. Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages under applicable copyright laws.
